Meet Sheila

Sheila Franklin is a Western NC native who has been a long standing advocate for Henderson County.  She has served on Fletcher Town Council over 14 years.  Her committed membership on the Partnership for Economic Development Board, Water and Sewer Advisory Committee and MSD gives Henderson County residents a confident, and thoughtful leader in our growing community.  With Sheila's background in Career Technical Education, no one is more qualified when it comes to workforce development and the local industry in Henderson County. She is a champion for educators and understands the importance of a strong education system in drawing industry and families to our area.  Sheila will work hard to make sure Henderson County remains a great place to call home and raise a family.
